Harriett has always been the best - She is a true professional. The only problem is the archaic registers - always broken. The owners need to buy a new computer system. The nice ladies working don't need to deal with that.
I went to a new lady , I talk to her to shape my eyebrows , she cleaned and shaped , when she gave the mirror to me I was extremely happy , she left them so thick , more than the time that I had eyebrow , it was like she put extensions in my brows . Thank you Samira , you are my bow lady now
Catherine at the Burbank location is the best! I have been going to her for the longest time and I leave the store so happy every single time. She will never mess up on your eyebrows and makes sure to do exactly what you ask. She is the BEST out there!!
