I was in the neighborhood working on getting a listing in Burbank and needed to fix my nails since two were broken. I came across this little place tucked in a little plaza so decided to come in as a walk in. Mailey took me in and tried to take off the gels I had prior. The drill she used to take off the gel was a bit more aggressive than what I was used to and got hit very fast. I was a bit scared and couldn't relax my fingers. When another regular customer came in she left me to focus on the other person as I waited for the acetone to melt off the previous gel. This prolonged me another 20 minutes of doing nothing.
