Strip mall Arminian spot with 8 stations and short wait times. I'm Mexican/American and have been coming here because it is inexpensive and you get a fast and good cut. No attitude, great service, call for an appointment and ask for Anita ❤️. A recent price increase from $15 > $20 for men's cut. I highly recommend you try it out for yourself.It's a busy mall, so parking can be a challenge around lunch time. Street parking is also available.Exotic Thai nextdoor is 5⭐Niko Sushi is 5⭐

Quick cuts is a gem in the middle of a Burbank. I have been going to Quick Cuts for many years. Look at how many stations they have. They are always busy in the afternoons and weekends. There is plenty of parking and the walk-in waiting time if never over 15 minutes. They have a car for kids to get haircuts. They always have music in the background and plenty of comfortable seats while waiting.Emma the Woman in the picture is always very friendly and welcoming.
