Love this dance studio! It’s inclusive, everyone feels welcome no matter your dance level or body type….I’ve been going for Zumba with Sara and Afro Cuban with Trina for over a year and it’s become my favorite weekly morale boost! The dance workouts are great, these two instructors are pure gold, and the classmates are like friends now! Also the flexibility with different price packages is super awesome and it’s so easy to register for a class through my phone! So easy! So fun! Can’t recommend enough! (And parking is easy too)
I love this dance studio! It has affordable, fun classes taught by great instructors. I found it in the pandemic when I came across a class zumba dancing in the park, and have stuck with it the past couple of years. Zumba with Dario was my favorite class, always the highlight of my week.
I've danced at dozens of studios for dozens of years and Rock Star is a very favorite studio. The instructors are supportive, fun and so talented! My current favorite is Afro-Carribean dance, with excellent music, moves and routines. Trina brings joy to class, and interesting references about dance origins. I’m grateful to have found Rock Star Dance Fitness!
