Paperwork at sign in is redundant to what I filled out online (waste of time and paper) arrived 15 min before my appt and was on the exam bed exactly at 9a when I was to be seen. Michelle Mack came into the room 18 min later, told me that my visit was different from what was told to me by the front desk team, bedside manner was cold and non chalant, lacking compassion when I expressed concern. Parking is awful . 2 stars instead of one because Michelle completed my appt in 4 minutes
I’ve only had great experiences here with all the nurses, with nurse practitioner Michelle Mack and Dr.Yip who is truly amazing. Dr. Yip is great at what she does, was there for me throughout my pregnancy, delivered my baby and kept checking on me during labor and after. Everyone is very nice and professional here.
I was looking for a new OBGYN and went with providence. I asked for a female doctor and my appointment was scheduled with Dr. Mey Yip. My office experience was flawless, quick and efficient, nice staff and nurses. Dr. Yip was very kind and explained my concerns and gave me advice what to do if anything occurs again. Everything was great, calm and not rushed. I felt very comfortable. Great experience overall. I would definitely recommend to go see Dr. Yip.
