Providence Concussion Management Clinic - Burbank

DO NOT GO HERE! I was in an car accident and went here to get checked took about 7 hrs and that is because I kept on telling them discharge me already. THERE IS NO REASON FOR SOMEONE TO GET CHECKED AT FOR 7 HRS. Who is in charge of this place because they are doing a horrible job! Every single person that works there needs to receive customer service training every month. They do not care. The doctors just need a paycheck. I bet if someone important went in there to check processes it would not take this long. DO BETTER SAINT JOSEPH. READ THE DAM REVIEWS.

If it was up to me I wouldn't even give them a start. Let's just start by saying that this hospital is only interested in your insurance money. Not the patients well being. All the Doctors I've meet for the past few years since 2019 till 2024 have been the worst. When it comes from the Main Doctor on site on each floor to the urologist and other specialists. They do not care about how our patients end up coming out from the hospital. They did it to me already 3 time for the past few yrs. Worse hospital they left me in the emergency room for hours with lots of pain. No doctor came to see me while I was in my room for 2 Hours. I walked out and left. They didn't care at all. Please don't go there
