My Service was Excellent. The gentleman was very kind, explained everything in full detail and was very professional. All went so smoothly, I was impressed and very pleased with today’s visit. Although my wife and I had concerns about traveling to countries where vaccines are needed (we hadn’t yet traveled to one that required any), our concerns were put to rest at Passport Health Burbank Travel Clinic. Our clinic technician James took the time to explain each vaccine and the ramifications if we chose not to be vaccinated. He also advised us on health related do’s and don’ts specific to the country we are visiting. Both our consultation and the vaccine shots were administered by James during the same appointment, which negated the need to return. They do have a very clean office. Everything is neat and tidy. I was able to park on the street. The nurse was friendly and helpful throughout the visit. They do try to push vaccines on you. That was the only downside to the visit. I got what I wanted and left. It is up to you to decide what kind of preventative treatment you would like on your next trip.
