This office has provided me with the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had. I felt like they only cared about patients who looked like them. When I tried to address my concerns, they didn’t treat me with the care and attention of a compassionate doctor. Instead, they simply wrote me prescriptions without truly understanding the underlying issue.

She mentioned an issue with my lab results and dismissed it without scheduling me any further appointments to investigate the cause. Worse service ever. The doctor is ok but the front desk personnel are horrible. They made fun of my daughter because she was afraid of shots. They took weeks to give my daughter a referral even though I had received it but they never sent it to the hospital.

Worst experience--here is why. I contacted Olive Health Medical Group back in April in order to make an appointment with my doctor for the first time (Dr. Ayvazyan Vladimir). They stated that Dr. Ayvazyan will not have an opening until June 20th. I decided to wait...come June I received an email from Olive Health medical Group re: reminding me of my appointment with Dr. Kirakosyan. I contacted them thinking they just made a mistake and put the wrong dr's name. Person who is in charge of phone calls/appointment (Ani) stated that Dr. Ayvazyan will not be able to see me, dr.
