LaRocca Inspections came through for us again. Our last inspection from LaRocca was so thorough that we decided not to purchase the property. We used them again for a home we are currently in escrow on. The home is large and multilevel and we wanted to have a thorough inspection to check for deferred maintenance or problem areas. We asked for Steve Nichols again because his inspection on the other property we considered purchasing before was so comprehensive. He is a true professional.
