Lakeside Community Healthcare : Urology

I just came here to laugh at Lakeside's efforts to "hear from customers." I got 2 follow-up calls in the past year asking me to take a survey about 2 routine doctors' visits that had occurred 5 to 6 months in the past! WHO remembers details that many months later? And the poor souls they're hiring to call you....these people are clearly given no training. Bad phone manner and one hung up on me when I said I couldn't remember an appointment 6 months later! Someone is clearly collecting a big paycheck to manage "customer feedback" and just crashing the plane. And their boss doesn't care. You get a D for effort, Lakeside.

Amazing practice specially Robert he is Dr.Artevia Nurse he helps me a lot every time I call, he gets things done and keeps you updated. Awesome guy!

A NIGHTMARE!!! THE WORST!! HORRENDOUS SERVICE!! RUN SAVE YOURSELF!! PATIENTS ARE NOT VALUED, RESPECTED NOR CARED ABOUT. THEY ARE MADE FUN OF, IGNORED, NOT TAKEN SERIOUSLY, LAUGHED AT, TALKED DOWN TO AND INSULTED. I AM APPALLED AND DISGUSTED WITH MY EXPERIENCE. The receptionists, nurses and doctors are lazy rude, uncaring, insensitive, unfriendly, ignorant, unknowable, inappropriate and incompetent. The appointments feel very rushed every single time. I've had two switch doctors multiple times and still no luck finding a good one. No one listens to you at this place. They don't take you seriously. I don't feel seen nor heard.
