I waited and waited for them to get back with me but after a few reminder attempts I'm giving up. I have no doubts they're good at their profession, but it's hard to be sure if somebody providing the service doesn't show up.

I have to imagine that the ownership, Sam, must be going through a very bad time. Despite being referred by a friend, and respected colleague, Sam took my call, but then paused the conversation stating he was in the middle of lunch, and could I please call them back in 20 minutes. He asked I give him a few minutes to research my computer, and to please call him back “anytime after 20 minutes” that he’d be happy to help me.It’s clear in retrospect he had absolutely no intention of keeping his promise, tho it is curious that he didn’t simply say that he was overwhelmed with work. I went to the sister location at 1030 E. Green - Pasadena. My issue was my Samsung Notebook needed a new keyboard. I ordered it separately from a legitimate vendor but after taking out the back, I knew the install was above my pay scale and I didn't want to damage my system. I did a query on Yelp and several vendors responded. One, who I won't mention marginalized my purchase claiming it was about $20 (which it wasn't) and "probably" was the wrong unit and it would be an incredible work-around to fix. Anyway, i134 assured me they could handle the install. Bottom-line, I took in the unit and several hours later - presto.....new keyboard was installed and I was back in business. The Pasadena location is professionally appointed and did an outstanding job in exceeding my expectations.
