I worked with George to help find an apartment in Burbank, and although my family decided on another unit in Pasadena, I wanted to express how impressed we were with the attentiveness to our needs and what we were looking for. Not only was he prompt in his responses, but when we arrived to view each unit, it was very simple to dial the call box to the office and a kind person answered and buzzed us in to do self-guided tours. It was so cool to see personal touches of candy and Burbank postcards offered on the countertops. It was clear to see that George cares and has great pride in his neighborhood. After EIGHT years living at Cedar Hills Luxury Apartments in Burbank we had to say goodby with good memories.
Our apartment at Cedar Hills, had been managed by one of the best management teams, we ( my wife and I ) have come across in years.
The team at Gerro Properties: Stacy, Jennifer, and Tim, are just superb. You talk to people who are not just responsive and nice, but also caring. Stacey who usually answers the phone has the gift of a smile in her voice and is so pleasant to talk to. Any issue large or small, electrical, air conditioning or pluming gets resolved in no time.

Professional, polite and friendly, Gerro keeps our building grounds clean, safe and in working order. They also have vetted friendly tenants in our building, with no barking dogs, etc. Gerro is also super responsive when something needs addressing. Love that our building has security, too. The only thing I wish was different was the laundry situation. And it's a big deal for us. There is no Bluetooth app, so you need to use actual quarters, which requires advance planning or unexpected trips to get them. A spill or a stain isn't always expected. It's extremely inconvenient, and we just wish they would implement a Bluetooth payment system for their tenants' ease. It's standard in 2024.
