Bait and switch lady... I called for a service on a clogged bathroom sink. The tech said he didn't have a small snake for the job. I had mentioned when I called for a service that I needed a maintenance on sewer line for the SLURP program of the city. The tech cleaned the sewer and planned to do the sink when he gets the tool. The company had a minimum 2 hour charge at $150/hr. The tech did his thing and at exactly 2 hrs he showed me that the sewer still had a portion of a big root. Worst experience. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs. Shady pricing, mediocre work and horrific customer service by woman who answers calls.

Burbank sewer services is fantastic! 100% recommend. Great pricing and super friendly staff. Had a camera inspection and jetting of my sewer. They found a big hole in the line so I had a section of my main sewer line replaced and they did a top notch repair. They informed me of Burbank's SLURP program so I'm getting a statement credit for the inspection. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed! Won't use anyone else!
