I never got the treatment. I had an appointment so was a no show, I rescheduled then when I texted to conform I was on my way she told me the salon was closed. We rescheduled a third time but I had to cancel due to illness and she did not respond to my request to reschedule. I gave up. I had a groupon and they finally just refunded me as they couldn't get a response either. It was a terrible experience as each time I would prep the day before only to have her cancel twice. Poor business ethics and a terrible way to treat customers. I won't use them again.
