Pierre and Karine were incredible to work with during a very difficult time. They are compassionate, kind, knowledgeable and made the mortuary/cremation process seamless. They were quick to respond to our call, emails and questions. Pierre and team arrived quickly upon our mother's passing. They were respectful and professional all along the way. We planned to take our mother's remains to another country for her funeral there and they were very knowledgeable about what forms would be required. They truly made the entire process simple. We highly recommend Always There.
I would like to thank Pierre from Always There Funeral and Cremation Services. He and his team made the whole process so easy. They took good care of us and handled my Fathers passing with dignity and compassion. I highly recommend them.
I am remiss in not posting this sooner. My brother passed away last December and we were trying to take care of everything from another state. The people at Always There were very kind and helpful in taking care of my brothers remains on short notice and meeting the deadline for a memorial service that was also short notice. They were very respectful and caring throughout the process. Thank you.
