I just happened to be trying a nearby restaurant and saw this repair shop. I have been debating which repair shop to go to. The last one I tried did a great job, but the guy made me feel uncomfortable. I walked into this one and felt comfortable. He looked at the shoes and asked me to wait while he fixed. He told me that he has to cut part of the heel to fix the shoes. He asked me if I'm willing to have him try. I agreed and he went ahead and fixed it nicely. He did not promise he could fix it. But did a great job nonetheless. $20 to replace both heels. I think its pretty reasonable. I'm very happy to have found a new shoe repair go to place.
Just got these margiela heeled tabis new in box and needed to get them vibram soled before i started breaking them in. Super helpful, was about 75$ for this pair. I dropped them off on a Saturday and got them back the following Thursday. Cash only, quality work and delivered exactly what i needed. Thanks!
My first experience at the shoe hospital has been great. I brought in many of my high end shoes (Louboutin's, Jimmy chop, Dior, Gucci, etc.) that I needed fixed or cleaned. I should've brought them in much sooner, but I'm glad I did! I will definitely be coming back for future services and will recommend my friends and family to my new go-to shoe repair shop.
