i cant express how much i love my nails!!!! shana was very talented and made sure my nails were just like the picture i showed her!! she kept asking me if it looked okay throughout the process, which was very considerate and im grateful. the nails were a bit pricey but so so gorgeous!!! :)))

My husband and I go faithfully once a month for the “President Sassy” pedicure. Rose and Haylie are our girls. The best ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I never complain or write negative reviews, however, this experience was HORRIBLE!!! I was a walk in client, I decided to randomly treat myself which was the worst mistake ever!!! They were completely empty but looked upset that I came in. I chose a nail design (that they had on display so one would assume they would know how to do it) and it was completely different from what I received... I mentioned this to the lady in scrubs who was doing my nails and she was rushing and saying she doesn't have time to fix them. The nails were all different shapes and sizes. Then, I was charged $120 for these horrible nails. The next day at work, two popped off!! I decided to call and see if we could come to a resolution and I was SCREAMED at, she said I had to come that instant, "NOT TODAY NOT TOMORROW RIGHT NOW!!!!" is exactly what she said, but it just wasn't possible because I was at work and I let her know that and I asked her why she was screaming at me and she told me she was recording me which was okay because I was being polite and she was the one screaming. She said, "everyone calls to complain about their nails", which makes perfect sense because they do a horrible job and scream at people!! Please do not waste your time, energy, or money here and do your research on places that actually care about their work and customers. Update; all the painful embarassingly ugly nails are off.

Jun Yen Hwang did not do a good job at all. This was my first time getting my nails done. My friend recommended this place because the lady who did her nails last time did a fair job. I walked in with my friend without an appointment. It was empty and only one woman in scrubs was working; a different person than my friend had before. Anyways, I showed her the reference photo and asked for the same colors/ designs as the photo. I didn't think the design was that difficult, but maybe it was for her. I had to direct her with everything because it seemed like she was rushing to get my nails done, and was not concern about aesthetic at all. I did the best I can directing her with what I wanted but a last some things cannot be salvaged. The paint job was horrible, and my nails were bumpy and uneven. (Look at the thumb!) It doesn't look like the reference photo at all! She was persistent for a tip at the end too, even though I was clearly unhappy with my nails. One of my nails fell off on the 2nd day having them too. I came back a couple days later to tell them how I disliked my nails. The only reason why this review is 2 stars instead of 1 is because she removed my nails and gelled them free of charge. I would not go back and I absolutely do not recommend, mainly the woman I got since I'm unfamiliar with the other workers. Well if you're desperate, then just get gel because it's harder to screw up. It was $85 + $5 tip for my acrylic nails too!!

First time here and never again. I hate writing reviews and I hate complaining, even when I have bad experiences. But this lady went too far with my nails. I asked for a manicure and for acrylic removal (Btw, I was charged $40 before she started the job). She starts removing my nails and she went too far on 3 of my nails. She said my nails were weak and try’s to put nail polish over the nails you see in this pic. Then, I tell her why she was putting nail polish over my nails that are not done. And she said because they are weak, so she tries to put gel over it. I start feeling pain on my damaged nail and I tell her to remove the gel because it burns. She stops and tries to continue with the nail polish because my nails are too weak. She did not want to acknowledge that she went too far and damaged my nails. By that point I tell her to give me at least $20 back. So I basically paid $20 to end up with damaged nails (I would’ve done a better job if I did it myself). I should’ve gone to the place by my house but I wanted to try a new place since I was already there. Those were the consequences.Service: Manicures

The last two times I've gotten my nails done there, I've absolutely LOVED it. Shana is really nice and does her best to make sure your nails look perfect, she'll even go above and beyond with the details. I honestly don't think I can go to anyone else!

The nail that I got from here last so long last time! Since I also got the UV gel nail, it actually made me able to grow my own nail really strong and healthy I would highly recommend to the people who has a thin or weak nail but want to grow their own nails

Been coming to this place since I discovered it a few months ago! Love the ambiance - it's quiet and relaxing and they tend to play either Korean ballads or laidback jazz music. Shana does an amazing job with my nails! She convinced me to try gel nails and I love that it protects my nails and has no chemicals. I've also gotten a haircut here too and was happy about my trim. Great place and reasonable prices for the wonderful service!
