I was looking for a new place to do my eyebrows. One side is different from the other. The cleanliness is zero to none ; the seat where you rest your head was greasy. I have never in the last 15 years of doing my eyebrows has a single lady threading my eyebrows have to rub her fingers against my face and lips to thread.

From this point I was already uncomfortable just waiting for it to end. I asked her for Aloe and she started smearing the Aloe on her hands that smelled like food to then put on my eye brows. I had to stop her and tell her to give me a cotton ball instead.

Went in for eyebrow threading.

Told the lady, I DO NOT LIKE THIN EYEBROWS.
I WANT THEM THICK AND ROUND - NOT ARCHED.

She said ok don’t worry.

While she proceeds to make them THIN AND ARCHED.

The other staff is great. Don’t get your eyebrows done by the owner.

Everyone who works here is nice and friendly. The prices have gone up, but that's not unusual. I've only had my brows done, and the work is usually quick and thorough. The only downside is that the parking lot is small and has a weird layout. If it's full, you can park in the lot across the street and walk over. It can also get busy around holidays when people want nice brows, so you may want to go early or late so you don't wait long or feel rushed.
