I don't know why it took me so long to write a review but here we go. When I first came to Movement, I had been struggling with lower back pain for TWO YEARS. The back pain didn't just reside in my back- it also went down to my left thigh and foot too. I had tried everything from acupuncture, chiropractor, and home stretching but nothing worked and I thought I just had to live like this for the rest of my life. Then one day one of my friends who also struggled with back pain told me that she took one on one classes at Movement and it changed her life and she literally wrote an essay telling me why I need to do it too. I suffered from poor posture my whole life. I have been doing Pilates for about a year and my posture has improved tremendously. My lower back used to ache because of lack of core strength but not anymore! The teachers are all very informative and they cater the exercises to your needs. I recommend anyone to start Pilates with Movement
