Just finished a deal with Kay and her team, and was very impressed. She is fast, efficient, and handles her business with integrity. She was very quick to respond, although she was out of the country towards the end, she was still 100% on top of the transaction as well as making sure the process was smooth, from start to finish. It makes such a HUGE difference when the agent on the other side is as thorough and kind as she is. It's rare to find a co-op agent who makes the process easier and I look forward to working with her again!
Kay was wonderful to work with from start to finish. She was communicative, professional, kind, and clearly invested in presenting her listing in the best possible light.
