Expertise, compassion, and respect from a concierge, boutique medical practice open to all, most especially those with public health insurance. I'm 50 plus years, I've never met such a staff committed to their patients,
I've been bringing my daughter to Hana for a few years and never had any problems. She likes Dr Samson and I so do I. Dr Samson's obviously been doing this a long time, I've thrown her a few curveballs and I've gotten thorough answers every time. As a parent, that's what you want to hear when it's your kids health. Last comment on the wait times - I'm here to see a doctor not order a pizza. I can wait a few extra minutes to make sure things get done right.
A caring and competent staff who know what they are doing. The wait is a bit long because they try and accommodate everyone. But they are crowded because they are good at getting you better.
