PT is great here. They know what they are doing and have done more for me in a couple months than many other physical therapists have done in the past. Receptionist has picked up all but once. The one time I left a message, I got a response in the next 15 minutes. My experience has been very positive and I highly recommend them.
The best physical therapy office I've been to! It is small, but everyone in the office: receptionist, massage therapist, and the doctors are all kind, and knowledgeable. I feel known, seen, heard, and cared for. Highly recommended!!
The employees here are friendly and professional in person. My big problem with this place is, they rarely answer the phone. Sometimes, you cannot even leave a voicemail because the mailbox is full.If you call for a question, to reschedule or to cancel, chances are they won't answer the phone. You might be able to leave a voicemail if the mailbox is not full. That's it. If all the planets are aligned and luck is on your side, they might actually answer the phone but that is very rare.
