The entire process from scheduling to the Floor Pros guys coming over for an estimate (done through Yelp) as part of bids, to arranging to have the contract signed, along with estimation of time of completion, as well as the finished work were efficient and seamless. While there was a slight hiccup with communication in terms of start time, this went away quickly with a phone call and them staying committed to the job. They listened carefully to instructions and requirements on site and executed exactly. The floors that needed work done were not just completed, but done so with very pleasing results. They took the extra care of covering other rooms / doors / fixtures with plastic so dust wouldn't go in from polishing / sanding. Will not heisitate to have the Floor Pros do future work again.

Floor Pros recently did a complete refinish of our hardwood floors and they did a fantastic job! There was a lot of detail required and they handle like true professionals. They properly prepared the job, covered areas such as walls and marble insets so they weren’t damaged and insured as little dust as possible during the job. They expertly color matched to existing floor which didn’t require refinishing. When the job was completed they insured that everything was left spotless. I can easily give them the highest recommendation!
