Jacob arrived quickly after calling to services out A/C that was not cooling . Thankfully it was something pretty simple and he was honest about how simple the fix really was. I appreciate his honestly and professionalism . He explained the problem in detail and they defiantly will be our go to and recommended company from here on.
Living Air is above and beyond the epitome of what it means to provide great customer service. I had another large AC company come out and told me that I needed to replace a certain part that was just gonna be astronomically expensive. I wanted to get a second opinion so I called living air and they diagnosed the problem within minutes and I was able to cover it under my current warranty and the needed repair was not even close to what the other company said it was. They are professional, courteous, and I am switching to them for my new service maintenance company.
This company is friendly, polite, intelligent, always goes the extra mile. need to remind tech, after servicing unit to please turn unit back on and set temperature to the temp to prior setting. other than that, keep up the good work
