Smooth transaction all the way around. Very professional, excellent communication, thorough follow-up on all questions and bids. We got 2 other bids but Spicer was the lowest and most responsive. Fast and great service. We'd been limping along a 30 year old system that was poorly maintained by previous owners for a few years, and when we called Spicer Mechanical for an estimate, we really felt like we were given an honest opinion, not a sales pitch like we were with a couple of the bigger HVAC companies. When the time finally came several months later that we needed to replace our system, they were fast, friendly, affordable, and professional.
