“So I called Mike’s this morning last minute for a floral arrangement for my mom‘s birthday since it was relatively local to the area where she lives. I thought it would be a good idea to add flowers to the gift that I already was giving her. The customer service was above and beyond. I picked out the colors of the flowers with them over the phone. We sent pictures back-and-forth via text and I gave them an example of what I was looking for. I wanted something pretty grand and when I tell you, they absolutely nailed it just wait until you see these photos!!!
They delivered the flowers same day and sent me pictures before they put them in the delivery van to verify that I was completely satisfied with the arrangement. They did an absolutely amazing job. I definitely recommend their business. My mother said that these were the most beautiful floral arrangement that she has ever received in her life.“

“I live out of the area and wanted to have some flowers placed for my grandchild at the Mission San Luis Rey Cemetery. It was late at night so I left a message online expecting a response the following day, but to my surprise Alba responded immediately! She made a beautiful bouquet and placed them the next day. She even sent several pictures so I could see. Very nice lady easy to work with who puts a lot of love into her work. Would definitely like to buy from this shop again. “I usually don't think much about grocery runs, but this Vons honestly makes my day every time I go. I checked out with Julia and David recently and they were cracking jokes and talking with me. I don't even remember exactly what we laughed about, but I walked out smiling like I'd just hung out with friends. They are soooo funny. It made something as routine as grocery shopping feel fun. I always appreciate real human interaction, especially nowadays with so many self-checkouts everywhere. Julia and David are the perfect example of why. They're warm, funny, and make you feel welcome. “Kelsie and the team at Heart for Hospitality were by far the best vendor-hire decision we made while planning our wedding! With them, you get so much more than what you pay for. We first hired Kelsie as our Day of Coordinator, and unlike most Day of Coordinators, she didn't limit our texts, emails, or chats leading up to the wedding if we needed anything or had any questions to run by her. Along with being a go-to source for more ideas, questions, and recommendations, she also has a whole warehouse full of rentals at your disposal! We then hired Lori for our florals and she did a beyond stellar job! I initially went into florals not knowing what I wanted other than "colorful" and "cascading bouquet". We went to a floral warehouse and pointed out flowers my fiancé and I thought looked nice and then let Lori handle it from there. When she handed me my bouquet on the day I gasped at how gorgeous it turned out. I went from not caring that much about the florals, to raving so much about them that we decided to get ours preserved! We cannot thank Kelsie and the team at Heart for Hospitality enough for truly being even better than we could have imagined. You will not regret hiring them!“

“Amazing cake decoration from Corina and Ann. I mean wow!! I'm so happy Ann suggested for them to make a freshly baked carrot cake which is my girlfriend's favorite. They decorated it with flowers, and even wrote " !" Which isn't the easiest thing to do and did it perfectly. Christmas Day is her birthday and I am so proud to be able to give her this cake that Corina took the diligent time to decorate!! Thank you girls.“
