The owner's delivery service went out of their way to make sure the flowers were delivered to the proper address. The person I ordered the flowers for thought the arrangement was "spectacular!"
Due to a shipping error we didn't receive the flowers on our delivery date, but they worked quickly to make it up to us. The flowers are absolutely beautiful and the presentation was amazing. I would definitely use them again and thank them for helping to make my Mom's birthday right.
I am so impressed with this business! Sometimes, this just happen in the busy holiday season.....When I phoned Peter ( the manager ) and said there were a few issues with my order, he sent the correct new one.
