They secured their ladder, hopped up in the attic and within 5 minutes Mario had determined the problem. He took pictures of the area and sent them to me on my phone. He explained each photo. Incredible! Additionally, he suggested that I get a specialty company to use special tools to determine if there is additional water damage in the wall area that they could not see. “My home had a sub floor leak wich ended up having to remove a toilet and have floors redone in our hall bathroom. Insurance had the floors done and were ready to reinstall the toilets. We said hold on, we have our own plumber who will put back the toilet(as the flooring was done by subcontractors and did an ok, not great, job.) Martin redone the flange and the surrounding wood carpentry to be able to install the toilet properly and securely!!! ...I'm sure the subcontractors would have just dropped the toilet in and called it a day! MARTIN IS THE BEST at what he does and our family would not know what we would do without him!!! FIVE STARS!!!“

“So i woke up right. Normal day, 8 am, and having to pee like a race horse. I run to my bathroom and start to relieve myself right? All goes normal, no kidney stones, no red pee, nothing! It all starts to go downhill when i flush my toilet. Within seconds, water starts squirting from the grout under my toilet, and it goes EVERYWHERE. I started to panic and remembered this guy named Bill, Plumber Bill, my superhero. As you probably guessed based off my 5 stars he fixed my toilet this wasnt no ordinary plumber though. This guy was.... FAST! The sheer speed this guy had was mind boggling. I mean really! If there were a contest for fastest plumbing job this guy takes the cake. In and out faster than my FATHER!!!! And thats a hard thing to do. This happened about 2 years ago and my toilet is still holding up. Great work Plumber Bill.“
