“So thankful we found Logan Construction for our deck! We had 2 quotes for 100K and over after Snowmageddon 2023. I pulled up the Chamber for Commerce to see what other local business were listed and found Logan Construction. I came across their Facebook page and noticed that they had worked on a few shops in The Village, so thought we'd call and get a quote. Chad came out and is a straight-shooter.... very honest and has very fair pricing! I asked him a couple of times, "are you sure you have everything included?" I had sent him over our Engineering Plans and he assured me he had it all. His crew did an amazing job on our deck. Chad would come out and ensure everything was to code and to his level of standards. The deck turned out amazing!!! He went above and beyond and we are so blessed and thankful for all Logan Construction did for us! Thank you Chad and crew!!!“

“Last year we were one of the homes on the Lake Arrowhead home tour for our gardens, and we had a book at the exit for people to write in to make suggestions for what we should add. The resounding suggestion: a waterfall! We had great recommendations for Skyline Ponds as a good friend had a large one installed on her property that looked amazing. Bernie came out and eyeballed the area we wanted one installed and gave us an estimate and a basic drawing of how it would look. He gave us a price and the date the work would start, and get this - he was true to his word! The work started on time with his associate Ray who did the demolition, brought in the rocks and boulders, created the waterfall and coordinated the electrical. Ray is an absolute artist and the waterfall came out far better than we dreamed of! Ray listened when we asked for a couple tiny tweaks, including having a larger rock at the top and lighting the bottom-most pool. The speed and quantity of the recirculating water can be remotely adjusted, and we love keeping it at the strongest 'current' as the sound is so peaceful. We were extremely pleased with the cost as the enjoyment we've gained is worth far more than we paid. The time from start to finish was less than 2 weeks with very little disruption. Ray is a pleasure to work with and we couldn't be happier!“

We ran into a couple of hiccups during the process such as an unexpected rain and the city giving us trouble as they like to do with everything. “Just had my house painted by American Made. It was a five day job, and that was fine by me. You can have a quick and shoddy job done, or you can have your job done the careful and detailed way American Made does it. This paint job was the 2nd time Patrick and Gustavo came out to make the outside of my house look new. The first time my eaves were painted. The second time everything else. We have used Gustavo a couple of times and would highly recommend. He can do everything. We had him fix things that another contractor did not complete or did incorrectly and Gustavo made everything look like new. You name it Phenomenal Contracting can fix whatever you need fixed. We had electrical, plumbing, closet doors new tracks and installation with tile flooring, painting, and kitchen cabinet work. So if you do not want to have to contact multiple contractors to do the work, just call Phenomenal Contracting where they can do the work of multiple contractors.“
