They deserve the 5-stars! We had a AC installed by another BBL HVAC company about 5 years ago and, while problems have been minimal, we have always been surprised by the cost of repairs when it acts up. The latest issue was diagnosed by the original installer, and the "solution" cost was insane. So much so that we decided we'd finally see what else the mountain had to offer. Reached out to M&M, and they were quick to show up and do their own diagnosis. They came to a much more reasonable conclusion and their solution made much more sense (and was much more reasonable!). Awesome service. Will us again.

I should have written a review the last time we had service but I forgot! M&M Mechanical Services are very quick to return calls & make appointments. They are VERY GOOD about communicating about the problems found in the evaluation and choices of repairs. Our tech Dean is super bright and efficient with his evaluations and recommendations. We would highly recommend M&M Mechanical Services to anyone that has HVAC issues!

Such a great service, professional, friendly and considerate team. I'm thankful we have reliable help up here through this business. Good help is hard to come by in the mountains. The prices are reasonable and they come out fast. We were wrongfully quoted by North Star and they wanted to charge us triple than what M&M did and they were able to fix my heater less than an hour and they were super informative and helpful. Best experience I've ever had in big bear especially during the times of cold winter. Cannot thank these guys enough
