My wife and I appreciate the patience and professionalism expressed by the Tatiana Rivas, the receptionist in the office. We had some scheduling and correction for a treatment order. She took care of it in a professional manner and her smile is infectious and makes the visit to the facility a pleasant one. At times, patients feel anxiety for a medical visit.
