Huge thank you to Lorena at the front desk for truly saving my day. I had scheduled my appointment two months in advance, so when there was a misunderstanding about the appointment time, I was honestly stressed because rescheduling wasn’t an option for me.
Instead of simply turning me away, Lorena was kind, patient, professional, and genuinely willing to help. She went above and beyond to resolve the situation, and thanks to her everything worked out.

The bus stop for right out front very convenient I do believe there's parking as well. They even have coffee and tea. A lot more open an airi. That's right there on the left once off the elevator.
While I have to admit, I always forget which floor their office is on, the facility is always clean and well lit. The staff are always welcoming and helpful. Dr Herrmann has always been supportive and knowledgeable. Whenever receiving new medications, I can pick them up right in the office and talk to a professional who answers any questions I might have. This is a one stop shop and I couldn't ask for a better medical team. Thanks guys!!
