Professional and prompt and friendly. Doug and George did a great job asking and cleaning my dryer vent. He also suggested that I switch out my flex vent to hard and I will trust him to do it for me.

I highly recommend Vent Care Services. They are extremely reliable, and do a fantastic job. My building uses Vent Care Services annually to clean out dryer ducts. The homeowners here are very pleased with the professionalism, quality and thoroughness their service provides. And did I mention that they are always friendly and knowledgeable? I rate Vent Care Services an A++++!!!!!

When Sonny came at the time i booked, he told me he couldn't perform the job at the agreed price. He also proceeded to explain he needed to bore a hole on my duct. When I was asking questions about this, he told me he doesn't have all day as he has another job to go to. I explained i am booked for 2 hours, so he can't be telling me he has another job to go to. He appeared disinterested to do the work and just left. i have never encountered a more unprofessional & rude person. I am not impressed.
