“Very professional tree service, I am impressed. Marvin gave me a clear estimate and explanation of what they would do first; the price is surely reasonable. Then, they arrived on-time with all professional safety equipment and heavy chopping/grinding machinery towed by a big truck. Work execution was organized and smoothly with minimum disturbing of neighborhood. In about 6 hours, the big dead tree was taken down, trunk/branches removed and chopped to pieces into their truck, and tree stump grinded to flat. After work, they cleaned up really well and I appreciated their detailing. Marvin intends to keep a great business reputation and I think he deserves it.“

“We used Timberland to remove a very large queen palm. It was a nice experience. The palm was close to our house and I voiced my concerns about the fronds hitting my newly installed rain gutters. “Mike and Carlos did a thorough initial inspection and I had the estimate in my hands by the time they left. They are the guys who are on site to supervise the work crew so information does not have to be repeated. The team arrived promptly, put down tarps and plywood to protect plants and other areas, worked steadily and clearly know what they are doing with 70-foot-tall trees. They took down 5 large trees, thinned 5 trees that had not been touched in 30 years, ground out stumps and cleared dense vegetation. Most of the work was on a 45-degree or steeper slope that is some distance from the street. They exceeded my expectations and did a more thorough and extensive project than I expected. They cleaned up after the work was done. And their pricing was better than two other quotes I got. Their service was excellent.“

“I'm surprised to read the negative reviews - i don't doubt them and cringe when i read them, but they are not our experience have used them at least 6 or 7 times. They have been prompt, professional, clean up well, and are well supervised. Pricing for any tree service has gone up a lot lately and they are no exception. I would say the are not arborists - hence 4 stars, not 5 - but if you know what you want them to do, they do it with great care. I've already got them on my calendar again for this spring.“
