First time visit to Townhouse Birmingham for a pedi. Salon was lovely & clean, staff friendly, but the polish rubbed off on my shoes as soon as I left, so I won't be going back. I had to remove & reapply at home on the same day. Very disappointing service.
I love Townhouse, it’s so clean and calming to get your nails done in there. Their staff is so well trained, so gentle! I get my nails done by Elisa and she EATS EVERY TIME!! Her nail retention is elite!!!
Visited Townhouse, Gloucester Road today for the first time. I can honestly say it was the best manicure experience I’ve had!I’m a bi-weekly nail salon visitor, so I’ve been to my fair share! But the whole feel of this salon was so different to all the others. There was no wait. The friendly / warm welcome by a very smart looking lady on arrival. The refreshments on offer. The very relaxed ambiance. The advice on picking “just the right colour”. My very sweet and professional therapist (Geri). Not to mention the heated moisturiser gloves!
