I love Townhouse, it’s so clean and calming to get your nails done in there. Their staff is so well trained, so gentle! I get my nails done by Elisa and she EATS EVERY TIME!! Her nail retention is elite!!!

Although my initial visit was less than satisfactory I was incredibly impressed with the customer service outreach. The business took my feedback seriously and made things right. I went back and got an excellent pedicure from Brooke and would definitely come back again knowing that even if something were to go awry in the future, they will take care of it professionally and promptly.

I love the aesthetic, the cleanliness and friendliness of everyone there, especially Alexa and Elissa. They took great care of my meni pedi and helped me feel relaxed and comfortable while getting treatment. They also asked my preferences and gave me recommendations on how to take better care of my nails. Yesenia is an amazing manager as well. Thank you all! One thing though, no bubbly? lol - next time! ;)
