First time visit to Townhouse Birmingham for a pedi. Salon was lovely & clean, staff friendly, but the polish rubbed off on my shoes as soon as I left, so I won't be going back. I had to remove & reapply at home on the same day. Very disappointing service.

Visited Townhouse, Gloucester Road today for the first time. I can honestly say it was the best manicure experience I’ve had!I’m a bi-weekly nail salon visitor, so I’ve been to my fair share! But the whole feel of this salon was so different to all the others. There was no wait. The friendly / warm welcome by a very smart looking lady on arrival. The refreshments on offer. The very relaxed ambiance. The advice on picking “just the right colour”. My very sweet and professional therapist (Geri). Not to mention the heated moisturiser gloves! And to finish with the hand massage. I’ve never walked away from a manicure feeling so pampered. It made my day after a very stressful week. I will definitely be back, it was 100% worth the slightly more expensive price tag. You really get what you pay for when it comes to this type of service! Next time I’m going to treat myself to a pedicure too!

Lara did my nails in Cribbs causeway . I am really bad at keeping my nails in good condition often chipping them . I mentioned to Lara I had an upcoming meeting ( 2 weeks away ) and so far 8 days since my nails were done they are immaculate . She took time to do an excellent job !
