I was hit by a box truck and have had back issues since. Dr. Applegate not only has given me relief each time I see him, but his knowledge of how to stay on top of your body is second to none as well. Top three and he’s not two or three.
Drs. Applegate and Nick have been amazing at helping me recover from some longstanding back pain. They are skilled, professional, and truly listen to my concerns and goals for improved health. The staff are also fantastic! They are efficient, warm, and genuine people. As a registered nurse, I am very familiar with what constitutes high quality and safe patient care. I highly recommend the team as they are truly outstanding!
I came to see Dr. Applegate because I was dealing with persistent low back pain and neuropathy in my legs. After a few weeks of treatment with adjustments, decompression, and reflexology, the numbness and tingling in my legs have drastically improved. My back feels much better, I have more energy, and I even gained about half an inch in height from decompressing my spine.
Another surprising improvement was in my foot. A podiatrist had previously told me one of my sesamoid bones looked necrotic, but after receiving reflexology focused on the foot, a follow-up X-ray showed the bone had healed, which surprised the doctor.
