I really love Steven! I’ve been coming to him for years, and I have to say he does the best Brazilian keratin treatment I’ve ever had in Los Angeles. His haircuts are very expert, and he always is positive and kind to be around.

Steve is good at his job. He accommodated me even though I was late for my appointment. The only issue I did not go for hair cut as I just wanted keratin treatment. He insisted I need hair cut as my hair was bad. I agreed but requested not to cut it short May be just trimming. He trimmed my hair half of actual length may be to save on his treatment which would be required more had my hair been of original length. I was sad, still I went ahead bought the shampoo and conditioner he offered which was very much required post the treatment. So over all for a Groupon service of 99 I paid $100 additional.

Texted him 2 hours before appt to make sure he accepted venmo for tip. He answered yes. Then moments before the scheduled appointment, about to get out of my car and walk in, I received a cancellation text with no remorse or response. Waste of time and gas money and just terribly unprofessional.
