I really love this place because one of the estheticians Anastasia always did wonders for my skin. She always cleans my acne super well and I always feel better about myself after a week of my skin healing. It's bright, fresh, and moisturized every single time. :)

This rating is on accessibility., not any of the service providers. Parking is not good. It’s the worst parking garage and bad providers, ABM. Beware, the parking attendants will wave you through and the signage is poor. They let you park in a reserved spot (difficult to tell it’s reserved), watch you walk away, then immediately call to get you towed. Yes, I was towed and it’s $275 plus the Uber. I went in at 9:55, they waved me in, watched me park. At 10 am they called for towing as indicated on the slip they wrote on my car. Salon Republic will do nothing to help you. The neighborhood is sketchy, so parking on the street is uncomfortable. And a far walk across major streets. There’s been construction blocking the entire front of the building for over ten years. It’s the worst - I feel sorry for the tenants that rent space there. They should move.

I really love working with Alena (#104). She does an amazing job with my hair every month! Perfect silver blonde and an amazing haircut that I can easily blow-dry myself! The venue is nice, especially if you’re looking for a variety of services: hair, facials, tanning, eyebrows, and more. I also love that you can buy some products at the reception.

This review is for Timeless Academy ca. Arrived on time to the appointment. @timelessacademyca on insta Had a bad feeling when I texted that I was there and didn't get a text back until 5 minutes later stating the injector was running behind. My appt was for 2:10. I thought okay it says shortly so I should be seen soon. It's now 2:30 and no update-on when I'll be seen. I send a text to see what's going on and nothing.... Decide to still wait, still no update/text/ I have not seen a soul. I noticed another girl had walked into the lobby a couple minutes back and asked her if she was there for timeless- she said yes & her appointment was for 2:30 ( it was 2:40 by that point) so I told her about her I was just waiting and hadn't heard from anyone. It's now 2:43 and I text the number again letting them know I have to leave and asking again about a refund. Finally after my second text, I receive a response and it completely ignored my questions about getting a refund. But how my appointment would be cancelled even though it was suppose to be 40 minutes ago by that point.. If i had been 30 minutes late, I'm sure I wouldn't have been seen but I'm suppose to just sit there? And then I'm ignored after waiting and ignored after asking for a refund.. very unprofessional and do not recommend.

I would Like to start by saying the receptionist is one of the most rudest people I've met. The receptionist should be the face of the company and the person who makes the vide for the customer as soon as they come threw the door. I would never recommend coming here.
