I had a deeply disappointing experience working with Peter Maurice, Zizi Pak, and Barnet Gold.

During a property transaction, I was misled, and ultimately lost my deposit after contingencies were removed--despite serious discrepancies.

I raised these concerns, but felt that these agents closed ranks rather than working in good faith to resolve the issue. In my opinion, this was not ethical representation.

I strongly encourage buyers to proceed with caution or look for agents elsewhere in Beverly Hills who will prioritize transparency and client advocacy.

This is my personal experience, and I'm sharing it so others can be informed.

To add to a previous state , I rev a bill from the LA police department for a false alarm at my hone that Scott Sarintino agent for rodeo Realitor is an age of , seems he while in the house left a door open when he left. That set off the alarm , the police arrived and secured the house . I informed Scott Sarintino of the incident he assured me he would take responsibility. This and other oversights on his part cost me quite a bit in repairs and time . I closed this week and left LA . My administrator saw a new bilk for the incident today , he responded that he would not pay 367.00 dollars it as he originally agreed to . I would not recommend sco or his company to handle a Realestate transaction . He did this and other details already yelped about , seems Sarintino is the gift that keeps on giving terrible experience with Sarintino !

I have had occasion to work with three different agents in this office, and all of my experiences have been very disappointing. All three had very condescending and pretentious attitudes and acted like they were my boss in some way. I received a lot of snotty and belittling answers to my questions. Just because they are in Beverly Hills doesn't give them the right to treat other people like they are inferior. I would avoid this group.
