We just bought a new house and couldn't be more pleased with our agent, Penni Ziers. This is the second house we've bought with Penni and we also sold our old house using her. Talk about above and beyond, Penni does whatever she can to make the process go smoothly. She went to open houses with us for 2 years until we found the right house. She is super knowledgeable about homes and great at identifying potential problems or things to look out for as well as great at advocating for the client and negotiating a fair deal. We will definitely be using her again and recommending her to our friends.
