My story starts with a fire at a restaurant that was built before 1969. When you have a building this old you are bound to have issues.

I interviewed a handful of contractors and decided to go with the one that the insurance company recommended. I signed a contract with them and they started working on plans for the health dept. After 2 and a half weeks, they met up with me and told me that the scope of the project would be at least 6 months and more likely be 9 months to a year.
