FANTASTIC WORK! David/ Kobi were very professional and exceptionally knowledgeable of Hardwood Flooring. My Floor looks brand new and David followed up with a visit a week later to ensure I was satisfied.
He even put polish on my stair handrail after the floors were completed and this was not in the agreement. This is a Business Owner who takes pride in GREAT Results and Customer Satisfaction. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRIME HARD WOOD!
On that note there may be cheaper out there but the results will be mediocre/ crap DO NOT cut corners Call PRIME Fair prices but ABSOLUTELY MARVELOUS RESULTS!
I'm very happy with the new hardwood and refinishing work that the Prime Hardwood team did on my 1920s bungalow. They're a highly skilled team and managed some challenging existing conditions with wonderful flexibility and problem solving skills. The results look fantastic. The team was communicative and punctual throughout the entire job. I also felt their pricing was extremely fair given the care and quality of the work.
The whole organization was smooth, the result is stunning. I had my kitchen and bedroom done, and no doubt that I'll have my living room done with them next. They're fantastic.
