Great experience! From the moment I walked in, the owner & staff were warm and inviting. I got a gel-x set and regular pedicure. My nail lady (I wish I remembered her name 😩) checked in at every stage of the process to make sure I loved my nails. She made amazing recommendations and I when I was unsure of what I wanted, I followed her advice. The result was BEAUTIFUL set. I also appreciate the owner asking me where I parked, and then reminding me to put more in the meter, if needed. Overall, I say it’s a 10/10 experience and I will definitely be back.
Loved this salon! Came in as a walk-in while on vacation and was seen right away. The atmosphere was warm and friendly and felt very much like a family. Mimi did a great job with my manicure. Patti was welcoming as soon as she saw me outside of the door. Great conversation was had and I could tell the ladies really value their customers. I felt at home immediately. Great people, great service. I will def come back whenever I’m in Beverly Hills.
Polish is hands-down the best nail salon I have ever been to. Their prices are reasonable, the salon is meticulous, and every single person does an excellent job. Often times in the past I have left a salon feeling as though they were simply going through the motions and the result was totally mediocre. Pattie and her entire staff take great care in their work and they all do an incredible job. I cannot recommend it enough.
