The attorneys, paralegals, and staff at NABI LAW always responded and always fought for me within this horrendously complex and one-sided system in California known as Workers Comp. In CA you must have an attorney represent you - the entire issue is addressed as a TRIAL or a proceeding with a JUDGE; there is simply no possible way to represent yourself and not get buried alive by the employers work-comp attorneys. Everything went smooth and easy. I never had to worry about maybe something not working out. I had a work injury from working in the fields, I am 19 years old so I was worried when it had been a year and I was still in pain. They made sure to explain everything that I did not understand. Kept me up to date with my case. Ana was amazing she explained everything thoroughly and was considerate of my schedule. If you have some sort of work injury/personal injury/ car accident definitely call Nabi Law!! I got my settlement and now I don’t have to worry about having to pay doctor expenses when needed in the future as a 19 year old college student.
