Five stars simply aren’t enough. From the moment I sat in her chair, the entire experience was exceptional. Her customer service, professionalism, and energy were absolutely immaculate… she made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and genuinely cared for.

After going elsewhere for nearly 14 years, I unfortunately realized that years of overly tight styling had taken a serious toll on my locs. She not only recognized what my hair needed, but handled it with incredibly gentle hands and such care and expertise. She gave me an amazing retwist and repaired areas I was genuinely worried about, all without sacrificing the health of my hair.

What makes it even more impressive is that she graciously fit me into an already busy schedule at the last minute and never once made the experience feel rushed. That level of talent, kindness, and professionalism is rare.

A true queen at her craft. 👑 I left her chair feeling confident, relieved, and so grateful that I found her. Needless to say, after 14 years elsewhere, I think I’ve officially found my new loctician. I cannot wait for my next appointment!

I had an amazing experience with Erlande today. She made me look like she just unwrapped me outta plastic because I’m feeling brand new. She’s also super sweet and considerate when she’s doing your hair.

She did an amazing job on my locs after over a year without maintenance! She was able to restore and add locs back to the top of my hair while helping me start the process of thickening them up. She was also very nice, friendly, and made the whole experience comfortable. Definitely recommend her!
