LA Maids were great. I needed some cleaning done urgently, and the crew came within 2 hours. They did an amazing job of getting some really bad stains out of a carpet and cleaned so much more. Highly recommend!!

***3rd Time's the Charm*** The first time I used them months ago it was a little better than okay & worthy of 3.5 stars. The 2nd time was worthy of 1 star. But. Alfred & Andrew, who have always been very helpful, friendly, and a pleasure to do business with on the phone, offered me a discount for my next service visit. Since I'm a major baseball guy, I decided to give them another chance...and if I'm not happy? 3-strikes they're out. I'm very happy to say & write, my most recent experience was exactly what I was hoping for & expected. I was told they were "sending out their best team/crew" and they were correct. On time asked what needs to be done, then got to work! Did a great job ,good attitude, didn't call or answer cell phone, no half dones, asked me to check the work!Service: Standard cleaning
