My niece, Katherine K, just wrote a scathing review here of KisClean. As the person who hired the two people who, together, cleaned my house, I want to object and clarify what happened. Until I had to write a check at the end of the day, I thought I had engaged KisClean, a firm I've been using for nearly five years - and who are wonderful. But the head person of yesterday's team told me to write the check directly to him. It is true that my niece walked in and caught them not wearing their masks, and she properly chided them.
