Janelle is absolutely amazing!! I wanted to dye my hair back to my natural light/medium brown color after years of black dye. I originally went to a different salon and ended up leaving with hair darker than what I even came in with. I was told there another stylist wouldn't be able to help me either and my goal color would be impossible to get with anyone. Instead they suggested I just let my natural hair grow out while continuing to cut the black hair off as it did. After that salon visit my hair was in an even harder place to work with after it had been unevenly bleached and then covered up with more black dye. Janelle is truly an expert colorist and stylist. In the last 8 years she’s given me balayage, babylights, and too many root touch-ups, cuts, & trims to count. I’ve always been thrilled with the results, and have seen her other clients leaving her studio with big smiles and gorgeous hair, too. But, she always stresses that she guarantees her work and that if I ever do leave unhappy, to let her know and she’ll fix it at no extra charge. She’s also just a lovely person and it’s always fun to chat with her. Janelle is the best of the best - book your appointment!
