Dr. Colleen Morel is very knowledgeable, a good listener, and extremely empathetic. She is up to date on the latest technologies and provides excellent care. She has extensive experience, having fitted hundreds of hearing aids and fine-tuning them to exactly match patient needs. She is trusted to diagnose hearing loss in both adults and pediatrics. The practice helps patients navigate the hearing aid process for hearing loss, tinnitus, and noise exposure, offering solutions like musician plugs. Testing is done easily and perfectly. Patients report that the expertise has changed their lives and allowed them to hear again. The practice is highly recommended.
Today was my third experience with Colleen and Hearing Help and it's about time I gave her the praise she deserves. The office is delightfully personable and uncrowded, and she runs on time. I noticed some negative pror reviews about office staff, and I have two things to say about this. First I had no problems in the past, but this time there is a new young man at the desk and things went especially well as I had pleaded for a quick appointment for my sister who had a sudden loss of hearing that might have needed immediate medical care. He was caring , knowledgeable and helpful in every regard, from understanding my needs to working out the insurance. The test went easily and perfectly as they have every other time.
Dr Colleen sees both my son and I and has helped both of us navigate the hearing aid process. Any time we've needed an extra visit or had any concerns she's taken the time to help. Having her expertise has changed both of our lives and allowed us to hear again.
